How to Downgrade iPod Touch firmware 1.1.3 and 1.1.4

This is how to downgrade your ipod touch from 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 to 1.1.1.

I already know that Unknowing Acorn posted a tut on how to do this, but this is another, guaranteed way to downgrade your ipod touch.

First, plug in your ipod touch.

Second, close out on itunes, and terminate any processes in windows task manage that have to do with apple or itunes, such as itunes helper or apple mobile device.
Click the image to open in full size.

Third, open up iphuc.exe
This is how iphuc looks like
Click the image to open in full size.

Fourth, type in "enterrecovery" (without the ") where it says (iPHUC) /:
Click the image to open in full size.

Next, your ipod should go into recovery mode it would look like the itunes icon with the cord you use to connect your computer to your ipod.

Sixth, go to iPhuc and it will now say (iPHUC Recovery) #: where it says #:, type in filecopytophone WTF.s5l8900xall.RELEASE.dfu and hit enter
NOTE: You must put the spaces and caps where they are

Seventh, if you got it right (it might take several times typing the filecopytophone) it will say:
filecopytophone: 0
(iPHUC recovery) #: here type in "cmd go" and hit enter (it might take a couple tries to work.)
When you got it right, it will say:
(iPHUC recovery) #:

Then wait three to five minutes, and close out of iPhuc. Then open up itunes.

Itunes will say you need to restore, so click yes, and where is says to restore, hold shift and click it. Then browse for your 1.1.1 firmware, and Bam! It works!

Here is the folder with everything.

I hope this helps every one, and if you have problems, just pm me.

Try it again, it takes a couple times to work. I had to type it in three times for it to work for me. Just don't give up, because it 100% works.

instead of filecopytophone 0, I get filecopytophone 11. What am I doing wrong?

Not only that, but the downgrade doesn't work, even when I try.

Or the easier way, download ziphone, go to advanced options, click DFU mode, then go to itunes, hold shift, click restore, then click any firmware file you have saved. Done.

You are typing it in incorrectly. I had the same problem for a while.. Make sure you type it in correctly, each letter and each number. By the way, the only "space" is between "filecopytophone" and "WTF."
filecopytophone WTF.s5l8900xall.RELEASE.dfu
