Main Script Execution Failure...

I have just followed jomal's tutorial on how to jailbreak 1.1.3 I used Dev's patch by mistake and now when i try to install anything it gives me a Main Script Execution Failure Error..

Anyone know how to remedy this?

k i need a little more info.
what firmware were you at when you started?
Did you downgrade to 1.1.1 to jailbreak?
Did you ever have Installer on your springboard (main screen)?

Basically give me a Run through of what you did from start to finish and im pretty sure i can find ur problem

I just got my new itouch from apple. I started with 1.1.2 and downgraded to 1.1.1. I installed APPTAP and jailbroke 1.1.2. I then used installed and installed the dev patch for 1.1.3. from the installer in 1.1.2. I installed BDS Sub and i ran through the final steps (5,6 and 7)

from that i can see that your problem is with the springboard.app and im not a pro at fixing springboard as i myself had a problem with it a few times when i first tried getting to 1.1.3.

use this guide it uses a different method to get to 1.1.3

Thanks for your help.
I really miss customize and a working springboard *install and go*
I will just wait for a stable customize and springboard before i move to 1.1.3
