1.1.3 Ipod Touch and Itunes Error

It's isnt neccesarily an error, but it really ****ing pissses me off lol
ok so you know that package thing to buy it offers you? you can say no thanks, to the store or remind me later? well ill click remind me later and no thansk and it takes me to this page that wont let me navigate anywehre else, it cant access any of my ipods files and it pisses me off so much, my only option is to buy it, and i alreayd have them, but through a jailbreak. Before the jailbreak it was the same problem...
any one know a fix for this?

BTW summerboard and customize work now for 1.1.3 chyea

ive restored mine a lot and i just recently got to 1.1.3 again with all the apps, sumerboard, and customize working, i just gotta check and see if it does the same thing plugged in.

i also get lots of lag when i use it and try to type, maybe i shoudl reset the keyboard?
