It is called Phiberglass. I am looking for a new one but can't find one I like .

EDIT - Also you can install dock.app on the iTouch and take a screen shot that way.

Is hacking it even that hard?? some people said it is and some people said it isn't. I just got mine for Christmas and i don't really care about what apps are on it i just wanna change that plain *** black background.

Nope its not that hard. I assume you have upgraded 1.1.2 firmware which requires you to downgrade the firmware to 1.1.1 when you do this you will lose all your music (you have to restore the iTouch). Once your in 1.1.1 it is VERY easy to Jailbreak your iTouch.

Yeah, I cant really find another theme I like, and if I use any background the icons pretty much cover it all up so theres no use.
