Fully customizing your ipod touch

This is a tut on how to customize your jailbroken ipod touch. This allows you to Change the order of the icons and can have up to 9 icons on the bottom bar. I have Safari, installer, youtube, videos, and music. Instead of Music, videos, photos and itunes. This also allows you to put all your icons that arent on the bottom bar into any order you desire. One more thing it lets you do it change the icons. Things like the WiFi signal. The power off and unlock sliders. The Battery charging screen and things like that. I will post pictures of my ipod for you to see. I am unaware of you having to add any sources to complete this process. The best part about this is that you dont need to Ftp anything or use a computer what so ever. All you need is a WiFi conection.
1. First you need to go into installer and click on install.
2.Go to either all packages, or utilities
3. Scroll down until you find the app named customize.
4.Once you have that you can start customizing your ipod.
5.You need to add sources to be able to get things like sliders and battery changing icons.
6. You add these by going to installer, going into sources, edit, and add.
7.Then just type a source.
Once you add a source there should be a catagori under categories called "themes (customize)" you have that then go into it and install all the things that have the words image set at the end of them.
Then just go into customize and you can pick on different things and change what they look like. for example the WiFi symbol. I changed mine to green instead of blue.

You should install the dock application so you could then take good pictures. Here is my iPhone:

I can get theme in the themes folder and i can see them on my touch, but when i go to select it, it just puts my walpaper on the screen instead of a theme. the only themes i can get to work are the ones from the installer.

ok. so i jailbroke my itouch, now what. i want to make my itouch custome but i have no idea where to start.

also to get the roms on my comp for the nes emulator i got to the part where i enter the ip address. but it still wont work for me and i've tried multiple times? any ideas?

also, what will happen if i upgrade my ipod now that it is jailbroken. if i do it, will i lose the jailbreak?

and i cannot find the customize thing in my installer

For the customize app you may have to search google for the installer source. For were to start, just start slow, explore the installer, and just start installing stuff you think you will like and if you don't just uninstall it. If you need help, I am usually on MSN.

so i have customize downloaded and i have some image sets downloaded with it. however when i change them in the app, it never changes the actual itouch. how do i get them to stay?
