skype for itouch?

Is it possible to get skype for itouch? cause I was thinking of just paying $3 a month for unlimited skype calling instead of my cellphone plan. myfav's 300 for $39.99 a month from t mobile. and maybe a headset for itouch? If not I can always try my psp

dont use skype go to touchmods.net buy a microphone and get vo-ip i use freecall.com for my ipod touch

You can use Skype on your iTouch if you want like ThoracicJosh said you have to go touchmods.com and buy a microphone then you need to download an application called Fring and you will be able to login to skype.

I might cancel my cell phone plan and get unlimited skype for $3 a month vx my t mobile with only myfave 300 for $39.99 its cheaper

What does Fring do? and will I need to connect wirelessly to call wherever i am? or should I get a iphone?

cause it would be awesome to have a ipod in my phone instead of both separately and more expensive.

Well if you go the iTouch way you would need to be connected to the internet to make a call which means being connected to a Wi-Fi network. If you can afford the month to month costs of an iPhone I would go for the iPhone because iPhones are only 200 bucks now which is pretty cheap condering you get a phone and an iPod. Oh I was just wondering, cause I mean if I can get unlimited Skype for $3 a month and use it on a cellphone ipod like the iphone or ipod touch why not?! just trying to save money cause I love T-mobile but $39.99 for 300 minutes and myfaves? I'd rather have skype I would save so much money.
