Installer?

Everytime i add a community source and try to install a pakage it tell me that its unable to decode package. People on youtube have an install buton at the bottum but i dont. I have a categories, and mine also refreshes crazy fast but theirs takes for ever. Its wied becuase the screen for my installer to type sources in looks way different but my cydia screen to type in sources looks the same as others installer. But if i try to add sources with cydia none of them can be found. Whats wrong?

he more sources you have the slower it refreshes mines take about thee minutes

Why does it always fail to decode pakages no matter what source i use, and why do i have a categories option and everyone else have an install? I'm using a 4.0 beta and others are using a 3.0 or something like that.

That kinda answers your question... You're using a different version than anyone, so it will of course have some major changes. Make sure of which firmware it is for since apps made for 1.1.5 and below won't work on a 2.0 and vise-versa.

It isnt that the apps arent working, its that i cant download the apps at all. I can download things through cydia without a problem but i always get errors with Installer and i dont know how to get a new version of installer, i was almost sure the 4.0 beta i have was the lastest but i see other people using 3.0 and it works for them.
