Help with converting MP4's to MP3's

Oh and i cant burn them because my comp isn't

yeah, i got a bunch of my friends songs, but they are all protected. is their anyway i can convert them without using a program? Oh and i cant burn them because my comp isn't authorized.

You should be able to convert them in iTunes, just right click on them and then click "Convert Selection to MP3".

Oh, and to get authorization just ask your friends to let you borrow their account, if I remember correctly each account can authorize like 5 computers.
