They're not fake. The first pictures came out a week ago, of the cases. Then at a electronics convention they were showing off cases for the 4G.

is it just me, or does it look like the 2g nano with slightly larger screen
I wouldn't think they would make the 3g a completely new design, then make the 4g the same as the old 2g design with slight improvements.
