Right-click on the QuickTimePlayer application (located in C:\Program Files\QuickTime) and choose Properties from the shortcut menu. 2. In the Properties window, click on the Compatibility tab 3. Deselect the checkbox labeled "Run this program in compatibility mode for." 4. Click Apply. 5. Close the Properties window. Similarly do the same step and check "C/Program Files/ Tunes Folder -- right click I tunes-properties-compatibility -then uncheck compatibility mode Solution2) The problem is that Quicktime 7.3 - which is installed automatically when you install iTunes 7.5 - doesn't register as being installed, so iTunes doesn't work. What worked for me was uninstalling ONLY Quicktime 7.3 from the Add/REmove programs control panel, and then I downgraded by installing Quicktime 7.2 from this link: Code: http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/quicktime72forwindows.html | ||||||
