| Junior Member | I just got a new computer and when i plug my ipod in( Its a video 30 gb) the music wont go on my i tunes on my new computer how do i get my music off my i pod to the computer? |

| Premium Member ![]() | you have to use a program such as ipod liberator or copy trans suite, they will copy all the music off your ipod and put them back onto your computer. If you dont want to get one of these programs then you can always do it manually, when you plug your ipod in go to my computer and view the files on it, make sure you can see hidden files and you will see a folder. all your music will have ****ed up names though and you have to rename them if you do it manually. |

| 7S Addict | but then he wouuld have wiered names like LDJONF would be threw the fire in and the flames ECT ECT =========== ok are you trying to get the music off your ipod and on to the computer or just have it so the library is from your other computer is on this one you go to file>export library save the library.xml file some where so that you can bring it to your other computer then in your other itunes go to file>add file to library and select that file |
