| 7S Enthusiast | honestly, i have no idea what i'm doing anymore. i've follow two tuts: http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/ipod...html#post58570 and another one on this site i couldn't find again :X both told me pretty much the same instructions, so i dunno where i am going wrong. i start booting up my ipod after installing the linux and pod/floydzilla (i've alternated to see if i could get either to work) basically, it boots through the dos looking junk, and then i get one of three errors. the two that i keep getting now say: " stem command: mv /hp/others/buck mv: unable to open '/sbin/b system command: mv /hp/others/man . tem command: rm -r /hp/fonts command: rm -r /hp/start command: podzilla " " da /dev/hda: econds) /hda2 /hp gs ory 'hp/recordings' : file pid 24: failed 256 shell invoked to run file: /hp/start: no such file or command: podzilla " where did i go wrong? i read that this stuff is foolproof (from the intro to the tut)... and i'm not technologically challenged, i just have no idea what i did. any help would be amazing. i've been messing with this for 3 days. *any link i've tried to use to download podzilla again hasn't worked, and i don't know where to get it now* fyi: 20 GB ipod photo firmware - 2006-06-28 (i can't get the version number because my computer won't recognize my ipod right now, but it does this for awhile before booting to the apple os) |
