mac n tosh format...!?!!? WTF!

i bought a 30 gb ipod vid from my cuz but its in mac n tosh format but i really want the songs theres 3000 roughly.. =D how can i do it?? plz helpss

Copy them to a mac. Format in windows, copy back.
