Well i was just wondering if there is any hacks or mods for an ipod.

Yeh you can get a linux running on any ipod i think to make it play video such as nanos and i think even the black and white screens!

Works best on a photo though (ipod photo)

You cant do anything if you have a mini, such as me. there was some Firmware mods that you can change the pictures but it didnt work for me. If you have an older version you can run doom on it.

the mini can run linux. I had it on mine, then i got a Photo. i can play Doom and Half Life on it. It plays videos good. not the best way to get them put it works.

Can you post a link for the mini linux cause i read that the mini is unsupported still.

i have the ipod. black and white. the one b/4 the click weel. were it has the 4 buttons right under the screen and then the wheel under it, can i hack that one?

yeah man thats the 3rd gen those are the best! I have a 3rd gen and a Video and i like the 3rd gen better cause i hate the click wheel and i love the touch sensative buttons
