need help with itunes on vista

hello members of 7sins
i am making this thread because i just got a very fast and new computer that runs any program like lighting except itunes
itunes loads up quick but whenever i click to open it up from the task bar it lags and takes about 30 seconds to open and it has taken about 30 minutes and counting to sync one song with my ipod
on my old comp which was like a piece of **** compared to this thing it was like lighting compared to this thing
i have itunes7.2(could that be a prob?)
this is really pissing me off and whenever i plug my ipod in it asks me if i wanna explore it or use it for ready boost and it uses the remove hardware safety thing

itunes always is never responding and it show that in task manager when i try an close it

my itunes library is 52 gigs of that makes a diff but it was like that on my old comp(transfered files)

Reinstall it. See if that works.

would i delete my library? it took forever to get it in itunes after transferring it to my new comp(alot of songs
weren't "purchases")

problem fixed i downloaded the new itunes(7.3) and now it is lighting fast
when i mean fast i plug it in and i finds ipod 1 2 3 sync complete
i am so happy i feel ecstatic
