Help Please

Itunes wont like pick up my Ipod when i connect it it just charges it doesnt let me download music and it doesnt show up when i go to my computer. Can anyone help?

just reset your ipod settings and unistall and download itunes again and let me know if that works

How do you reset the ipod settings?

hold the middle button and the menu button at the same time for about 5-10 seconds
then when it restarts hold center button and the play button.
That way it will go in to disk mode then try having itunes pick it up if then just restore.
