When you click on "Quit Podzilla", it either freezes or doesnt quit. Also when you plug it into the computer, the computer does not recognize the ipod, and the ipod refuses to turn off. Is there a fix to this yet, or is there any other version of linux that can be used for the first gen ipod nano's? Any help would be greatly appreciated because i would love to use linux just to show it off to other people ^^ BTW when i used the movie converting program, it worked fine and all no complaints there, however i noticed that the file went from 22mb to 183mb. Any idea why or how to make it, or keep it smaller? | ||||||

| It's because the compression has probably been removed while converting, and extra junk has been added. You could use some other converter if this is not the problem, like Videora Ipod Converter. Also, the installers for iPod Linux on Nano's are not supported, so don't come to Unknowing crying, you are doing this at your own risk It should work in theory, but if it doesn't, do a restore in Itunes. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.) and it should turn off/go to sleep Last edited by UnknowingAcorn; 05-02-2008 at 06:38 AM. | ||||||
