HELP WITH BOOTLOADER

ok so I am having trouble downloading the bootloader-ipodg4.ipod because it says windows cant open this file because they dont know the publisher; if you can download this and send it to me via AIM or E-mail i would love that. to know my AIM or E-mail private message me. thank u

ok i got rockbox working great for about the first three days but now i cant get it to reboot. the batteries died before i got the chance to recharge them. any ideas on what i can do? cuz ive read everything on rebooting it and nothing helps......

couldn't you format your ipod via windows, and then open itunes, itunes would recognize its an ipod, and upgrade it to the latest firmware, if you brick it

you can just restore it in itunes

no you boot it into disk mode
then click restore

If you can connect your ipod to your computer to format it with windows then you can format it with itunes
