finally, no crappy tricks with photoshop, here is how to do it.

-Pwn your phone (im not going to explain this here there are plenty of guides)

-Make sure Cydia is installed

-Open Cydia, install "Winterboard"

-REBOOT

-SSH into your phone and navigate to /Private/Var/Stash/Themes/com.saurik.winterboard.nature

-Replace Wallpaper.png with your preferred wallpaper and Dock.png with your preferred dock (or delete it to leave the stock one)

-Open Winterboard and touch com.saurik.WinterBoard.Nature

-Enjoy!


PS: there are quite a few themes available both through Cydia and just online. You can drop your themes in /Private/Var/Stash/Themes/ or in
/Private/Var/Mobile/Library/Summerboard/Themes

Best part is that you can still do whatever else you want with customize!

EDIT:

Customize now automatically replaces these! just select the com.saurik.WinterBoard.Nature as your winterboard theme then install your favorite customize theme!

yes help me out.. my walpaper stay's black.. only have customized installed which would mess it up... i uninstalled then reinstalled... no ****... icons and theme applies, but my bg on my springboard is black always..
