If i drop my phone and it slides down a loading dock and gets a few nicks and scratches on it can I just walk in and swap it out for a new one? I have had it for about two weeks.  | ||||||

I seen many people doing this when the 3g came out for really dumb reasons and they were swapping them like no other.  | ||||||

Worst thing that could happen is they run out of 2Gs and give you a 3G  My friend's RAZR screen broke and all they had at the AT&T store were RAZR 2s so they gave her one for free. It was a refurb but it's still better than a RAZR. | ||||||

I don't remember ordering any insurance or anything, as I just bought the phone and the service. | ||||||

Like unplug it during a firmware upgrade or Jailbreak it and just go in and start deleting files. You could be like this doesn't work and they should swap it out. | ||||||

Yes because I dropped mine and it put a small crack in the glass top right corner they said I cant help you you voided your warranty by dropping it. They were trying to make me $399 to have them send it out and get it fixed. WTF Ill just buy a new one for that. | ||||||
