And when trying to drill you need barely put pressure on it because it will snap very easy as well. A dremel tool will work, you just need to cut every slow, and take your time when you do it. I would suggect that when you cut it, make the image (or w.e you are cutting out) a little bigger and then on the back sand the edges down a bit so that way when you put it in, it overlaps the inside of your 360 case, but is flat on the front. | ||||||

Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Award(s): 0 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | well you could do it the dirty way by straight forward cutting a square in your 360 with a saw and then putting in plexi glass or you could go about it the smart way and buy your self a talismoon case and get the leds and the sick fan with it but i think the hacksaw way is much cheaper oh and another thing if you do the hacksaw way you should buy your self a nail filer or sanding paper to make the cut smooth and then calculate the area of the sqaure and cut your self that amount of plastic. Simple wnough right? wrong. you i think would also have to get out all of those internals for safe keeping | ||||||

(it wont be noticable) then plug in your led's and you have a pretty sick custom 360. | ||||||

Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Award(s): 0 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | have you personally used it? and i was thinking, if i get a peice that is about twice to thick, i can cut it so that it looks like a smaller one stuck on a bigger one. so itll look like this... ![]() but it is just one peice. so that way, the top part of the glass is the exact size of the hole in the xbox, and the bottom part is about half an inch bigger each way. (leaving 1/4 of an inch hanging under on side) then i could put the glue on the bigger part. think that would work? | ||||||

Sand down the edges with some 00 grit sandpaper and then dremel the same shape into the 360 case. make the case cut 1/16 to 1/32 smaller than the overall total size of the plexi and you should get a nice snug fit, | ||||||
