I Need help installing the NMEv2.0 Modchip

Hi everyone I'm looking for some help installing the NMEv2.0 modchip in my 360. The diagram I'm using for reference can be found on the company's website here team_underdog_v1.3 (I am have a BENQ Phillips drive). I understand the indicated points to connect, but I still have three problems. First, the diagram doesn't seem to make reference to the six pronged connector located on the chip. I know it has to connect to something I'm just not sure what. Second, I didn't receive any wires along with the chip so I need to know what gauge of wiring should I use. Last, the pictures do not specify where I should mount the chip (obviously a free dangling chip can be hazardous) I'm also not sure if I need to remove anything from the dvd board. If anyone has had success installing the chip on a BENQ drive please send me some of the info on how you went about doing it.
