How to Improve with the Br and Sniper

Um my way to improve with my snipe is not with sensitivity or changing control types its all about practice i play snipers alot and i have to say I get pwned but I don't feel bad about it. For the br i play social slayer or lone wolves alot just remember its all about practice.
