You must access all 7 terminals in campaign to get this. Two musts:- You MUST do them in order. The ones on the ark, the ones on the covenant, and then the one on halo.
- You MUST wait until they become "hacked" (wait until the terminal turns red, after about 10-15 seconds) before they count as accessed.
And then a couple tips  - You do NOT have to finish the level.
- You do NOT have to get the secret one on the level Cortana.
- Even though you have to do them in order, you CAN skip the level Cortana
- Once you've accessed it, access it again. If it starts from the second amount of text, you know you've accessed it.
- You do NOT have to read all of the text (or go through the pages for the first half of text. It's a good idea to skip to the last page for the second half however).
- You DO want to do this with a party, so everyone can get them.
Here are the locations (yes, this was done by me):
Terminals 1, 2, and 3 are on the sixth level, "The Ark."
Terminal 1: After fighting through the snipers and other people outside, you'll go into a doorway, and for the first time be inside. Directly on your left is another doorway leading to a crescent shaped room. In the middle of the room is the first terminal.
Terminal 2: After the frigate lands and you battle back to the large building, you'll go upstairs and it will prompt you to activate the light-bridge for the other vehicles. Once you activate the light bridge, turn directly around to access the terminal.
Terminal 3: After the scarab is destroyed, you'll go up a ramp and into the building. After the first room (full of sleeping grunts) you will go into a room with a T-shaped ramp, one end going down and one going straight. As a note that this is the right room, there should be 3 exploding barrels at the bottom of the ramp. Walk around and under the T-shaped ramp (away from the next room) and you'll discover the terminal tucked away behind a door.
Terminals 4, 5, and 6 are on the seventh level, "The Covenant."
Terminal 4: Once on the beach, you'll fight through a bunch of guys before you get a checkpoint and a mongoose as well as a warthog. After taking the mongoose (or warthog ) over and killing the wraith, you'll go inside the building. Once you're on the elevator, jump straight across (there should be a power-drain power-up) and the terminal will be there.
Terminal 5: After you're back on the beach and get a hornet, Go over to the middle tower which the Arbiter disabled (which is directly on your right after getting into a hornet). The terminal is right inside the tower. Land there and walk into the U-shaped bend to find it.      Terminal 6: This is the same as terminal 4, except on a different tower. Jump from the elevator to the other side, and there it is.
Terminal 7 is found on the level "Halo."
Terminal 7: After starting, keep walking forward until you find a bunch of supporting beams (after the skull; the land will start sloping downwards). Once you see them, take a right (the hill will have a cut into it) and jump onto the beam that's there. You'll see a small passage. Follow it, and then you'll come out into a room. The terminal should be slightly on your left.
If you did all of this correctly; after reading the 7th terminal the achievement should pop up and you'll have 40 points added to your gamersore!
