Transfering Movies, Converting?

Alright, I have a ton of sick videos of myself on Halo 3, but I sold the game, and now want to take them all and put them on my computer to put the cool ones on Youtube.

Can I do this somehow?

The only ways I can think of would be to:
1. Borrow/get H3 again and capture the clips
2. Put your HDD on someone elses Xbox that has H3 and capture the clips
3. Take the clips off your HDD by connecting your HDD to your computer and then send the clips to someone to capture.
