Staff is for free

They are negotiable
As long as you have 9minutes of video, it'll be less than $5
10 minutes or more, it'll be greater than $5
I round up and down depending on the video size

I made a better video of me playing gears, its way better quality cause I found some better settings. Just let it load. Let it play in HQ and go to youtube to actually watch it bigger and not as laggy.
