If you mean the films it is because you have mark 6 armour on you need to have something like full cqb i know that works

No, he means the app can't write recon for some reason, but all other perms work.

I have the source to this (I helped Penguin make this), and the version I have is newer and works fine with Recon, and I don't think Penguin would mind if I post it so here.

ALSO- What is the difference between "Bungie" and "Recon" Armor chest plates??? They are the same to me?

Bungie chest makes any head piece your wearing turn into flaming.
Recon Chest is just the Reson chest.

I cant download from rapidshare fullstop. It keeps saying to renew my IP but when I do, it still is annoying as it was before I renewed my IP.
Im not asking for help on how to dload from rapidshare. Im asking if somebody could email or send me the link to a mirror of it. Please, its not exactly like its a big file now is it...
