Is xstata or Export better for transferring from PC to Xbox360 and The other way around?

xsata takes power from your 360 i have xport only thing is you have to dis connect your hard drive every time

I use an XSATA. I like it because of the blue light

Xport is good if your computer is far away from your xbox and xsata is good for if its close.
Also xport is less fragile
