xsata takes power from your 360 i have xport only thing is you have to dis connect your hard drive every time

I use an XSATA. I like it because of the blue light

Xport is good if your computer is far away from your xbox and xsata is good for if its close.
Also xport is less fragile

i like xport the best and it has a memory card reader too
