My 360 has failed me and has RRoD'ed, but are you saying you were playing Forge in a Campaign map?
I was under the assumption that was impossible..

Yes I have done this it is unable to play after wards dunno why?

I just hope someone can enable it to play again. So we can make cool looking films!

It wouldn't matter, even if you could get it to load, there are no Forge pallets in campaign maps.
