| Member | Re: Halo 3: Projectile Modding No. A bitmask is a datatype, almost like a flag. There is a flag on every weapon, if it is checked then the weapon is used in third person. | Novice | Re: Halo 3: Projectile Modding So WTF in H2 projectile swaping was the easiest thing in the ****ing books just change the depandanceies how did it evolve to all this? question 2: well awhile ago people on 4chan (yes im a /b/ tard) figured out a way using photo shop to convert music to a picture. now photo shop allows you to convert any file using its raw data conversion. once its in raw data format you can simply name the extention and it will open in aything that the extion can open in. (this tactic was cool to do in reverse downloa the mona lisa and convert it to music and such.) Now for the question where can i find the xex or wtf ever it is for the maps on my HDD. I know im a noob here but i have a pretty good backround in modding halo. ive also studied alot of programing. And overall on the computer i know what i am doing. |

| Member | Re: Halo 3: Projectile Modding You know, I hate to be the one who questions people ( Sometimes referred to being a jerk ) but I would assume anybody who has actually done any hard research would have the intelligence, maturity and general knowledge of computing would be able to use proper grammatical sentences. Of which would be structured and informative. And you can edit any file just by simply using command or MSDoS to hide files within others. |
