Datel Transfer Kit Help

Before you think of referring me to a topic on this, keep in mind that I have read every topic the forum search can come up with involving this issue, and have read several tutorials, inculding Carson's. I've googled this as well, and every method to get xplorer 360 to accept my 64 mb memory card (instead of saying the FATX error) has failed.

I've run as administrator, i've tried not using Datel's device drivers, i've tried using them, not using xchange 360 (which is HORRIBLE, the worst piece of **** i've ever seen, it wont even work), using it, everything, and it wont work. I must have system restored my computer 6 times by now today, trying to install the frivers correctly. Nothing is working. At all. Please, if you can help me to get this to work, i'll give you a million thanks (if you're willing to make a million posts lol).

just download an AIO most of them have it

Well I downloaded it but it doesn't even detect it, it doesn't even give me the luxury of seeing an error. I'm going to fiddle around with the device drivers again, but i doubt it will work.

Edit: Yeah it didn't work, I did what i did to try to make xplorer 360 work, but with xport 360, and it didn't work. This is getting depressing, first Microsoft says they'll send me a transfer cable in the mail and it never comes, then this...

Lol, I'm like thiiiiis close to taking a lighter to my Halo 3 disc, because wanting to mod it is the only reason i haven't yet

have you tryed to run your computer in safe mode that is what i do and it works for me

Does XPort 360 detect your memory card at all?

Nope, not at all, and it's plugged in firmly. This sucks, because if I can't get this to work, i wont be modding Halo 3. I mean Far Cry 2 will be out soon, too soon to spend 50 dollars on an xport or xsata when i'll just mod for a month and then play Far Cry 2's map maker instead.

Did you use xplorer360 to find it then try xport360 without unplugging it then plugging it back in?

Do you have these drivers?

Well the thing is that it says "OMGZ, COULD NOT FIND FATX DRIVE TO OPENZ !!!" when I try to open the memory card with xplorer 360 both when it is and isn't plugged in, so for all I know xplorer 360 isn't actually detecting anything.

If you search for the FATX drive with xplorer360 then try to find it (without un-plugging it then plugging it back in) Xport wont find anything

Nope, i tried that and xport still didn't detect anything.

No I don't, but i have tried several drivers, if you'd like to show me where you downloaded them i'll try them.

uninstall the drivers you have right now then unplug your mem card then plug it back in

Now what? I system restored to before i installed the drivers, because when i delete them they always come back a second later.

Delete them with the mem card unplugged

then plug it back in

click on the bubble that pops saying the drivers are being installed

click on the bubble and install the drivers from the xchange 360 cd

try to use xport to find it, THEN if that doesn't work use xplorer to see if it finds it.
