retard that was pretty useless considering this is probably the most user friendly tut out there. im sure people would rather this over hex.

Looks very nice

May i point out that you should also add 'Official Xbox360 Transfer Cable' as one of the possible requirements.
Its what i use

You need to connect either your Xbox 360 HDD or MU(Memory unit) to your PC. This can be done with either XSATA, XPort, the Datel transfer kit or the Official Xbox360 Transfer Cable.

The transfer cable costs the least, if you get an elite or a 120gig HDD its free

Past that Datel Transfer kit is cheap if you have a memory card already

Then Xsata and Xport

But I suggest XPort.
Its a docking station for the harddrive. Has a memory card port and has a 360 > Xbox1 adapter.

So would one be able to get the cable at say Walmart or would Radioshack be a better bet and what is the expected price range?

you wont get the transfer cable at walmart.... Microsoft send it out, or I think it comes with the 120gig HDD

you MIGHT be able to find the memory card transfer kit at EBgames
