So im at the final stage the FINAL part when i had to be a n00b. I need to open the KV.bin file, but where is that found? In the Xport? Somewhere in the map? Once this is done, i should be playing it ( hoping it doesnt crash on me again like last time...)

To get a keyvault you would have to dump your nand and get it from there, which I doubt you can do, so your best bet is to just download it.

Download this resigner and it comes with a KeyVault.

hi, ive been having some problems when trying to load the map file in sandbox....i made my map...used ce to extract the sandbox(successfully) and when i loaded sandbox, with the map i wanted to mod it says unhandled exception has occurred......unable to read beyond the end of the string. What does this mean and how do i fix it? please help ive been trying to do this all day!

sorry this question is off topic but do you have to have the original map (shrine in my case) placed in the same folder you have your usermap in?.....I was abit confused while reading the beggining of the tutorial about having all the maps. PLEASE HELP ME!

I have tried downloading .net framework 3.5 and made no difference.....although I was wondering what you ment when you said "try forge". Did you mean to try and make a new map?

This is Forge. It's a modding application that lets you edit the usermap without extracting the sandbox, making it much easier to mod.

Go to tools/settings/click map folder and click the little square with 3 dots, then select the folder you have your maps in

You don't rename any of the .maps. Leave them as them as their original names or they will not work properly. Select the folder with all of your .maps (I recommend it so you don't have to do this every time you open a different map), but you only need the .map you are currently editing.

first time modding. i find it simple so far, just a quicky. can't find those full maps ^^^ so could somebody provide a link to all the downloads and also give me the real names e.g. deadlock? or is that a campaign?
