What?

Container Edits lets you extract the sandbox.map from the usermap to use in Sandbox. You can skip this step with Forge.

How do you extract a .map file (what its asking me to do) from a usermap?
Or do I click (for a foundry mod) warehouse.map on container edits?

So do you have to plug xsata directly into your computer?

Open Container Edits, then click Open and open your usermap. Then hit extract and your set for Sanbox. You also have to inject the sandbox.map after you are done. If you use Forge, you don't have to extract the usermap though, you can edit it directly.

No. Forge as in the application/.exe. Not in Halo 3.

You have to open the .map file you extracted in Sandbox.

I hit extract sandbox from container and it gave me a list of the .map files.(not the usermaps) do I click the map the my usermap is in (for example - my map is on sandtrap so I click shrine?

do you have a link/code to get the forge application?

No, you have to enter a name and let it create a new file.

Here is Forge.

Ok. does the name I create have to be .map or does it even need an extension (to get it into sandbox)

Yes. Sandbox maps have .map extensions(not the same as the large map files).

Finally got to use that link huh?

And yes If your to lazy to go to that link, you have to stick one end in your 360 and the other in your computer. If your computer and box are to far apart (like mine) You can get an extension caple from radio shack or get Xport instead.

Click the image to open in full size.

Thats the error screen I get when I try to Run Halo 3 toybox, forge, etc. This happened before I uninstalled .Netframework and I can't install it again. When I try it says "Product Already installed" Yes I ran it as administrator.

not to put this tut down or anything b/c this is a nice one, but in here u say
"You can edit the location all of the editable objects on the map, switch out objects for another and multiply them as you wish."
can't u just forge and get the same results?
