I also highly doubt you stole a recon account, and i have a way i can get recon with achievment modding but im not sharing unless it works, and even if it does if i share they'll just patch it.

If u want to, I can try to find my recon armor code so you can compare the two codes together and see if one is different to another, the problem might be that everybody has a different recon code and that's why it won't activate
