Really, IM getting tired of these "I heard it so its true" posts. You can still mod films, you can still mod screenshots, you will stilll get banned for putting them on your fileshare. End of story.

If this conversation continues, please can an admin close this.

So far I found out that the offsets in the hex are different and even a manually editing approach dosent work. Checksum on the JPEG maybe? If anybody wants I can post the new size with or without eof in the new format.

Well I am already FS banned so I can't share them anyways...and whenever I do this exact way, something goes wrong.

How big should the picture be?

I tried 960x720 and it didn't work. Keeps saying its invalid.

modding screenshots this way is too dificult although it was probaly the first method anyone that wants convence download Halo tool box V2

Well I almost got it except when I go to see it, nothing is there in the screenshot. It just turns invisible. -_- This is so irritating. I just want to mod some screenshots.

i just started modding/figured out h3 modding and i modded a film so i had flaming recon,it is possible if i could figure it out lol..just still having trouble with the whole map modding

dammit, i modded one screenshot and i got banned a day later from matchmaking for a month and permanantly from my Fileshare, FFS.
