Dude, give up. You have to have a Linux box. It's extremely hard to find one, much less dump your NAND and decrypt it.

Give up. You wont get your NAND. Meaning you wont be able to make your own CON Resigner.

does the Shade45: hasher work on files that are more that 166kb because there good one dosnt

No thats an old build of the hasher that was made specifically for usermaps. I wouldnt trust it hashing anything over 200kb.

I'll probably give you guys my hasher that does any file sumtime soon.

and i wouldn't be making my own con resigner i would be using shades just with my KV.bin

Please use the search feature on the site. It means it saves everybody time and means you get your awnser from somebody else who has already asked that exact question.
Check the rehasher threads first.
What you need to know is that after modding a usermap or film, you have to rehash it then resign it.
