Posting Guidelines/Rules -Read FIRST!!!

In order to clean this section up a bit I have made some posting guidelines. Some of which should be pretty obvious, but others are more formal and a good idea to stop people from spreading unwanted things(Virus',Trojans,etc.). This post could be updated with more or less rules at anytime so stay updated by checking back every now and then.

1. You must have pictures. Why post a program if you don't even have pictures of what it looks like? People want to see your program before downloading to make sure that is something that they even want.
2. Obviously no Host Booters or any IP Flooding/bombing/nuking software. This is not Modding related and not allowed on the forums at all.
3. Post a scan from NoVirusThanks.org or some other Virus scanning website for your program. We do not want to have a program up and then find out two weeks later that 3 of the members were infected.

Failing to abide by these rules will get your thread deleted and if a virus is found then staff has the right to hand out infractions/bans.
