GIVE ME RECON!! the app

This is a discussion about GIVE ME RECON!! the app within the Halo 3 Modding Programs section, where you will Download applications designed for Halo 3 content creation and editing.; So I made this as I am learning VB.net all it does is change your armor permutation in your video CON file to recon helmet, recon shoulders, and bungie (flaming) chest. GIVE ME RECON!! the app
So I made this as I am learning VB.net all it does is change your armor permutation in your video CON file to recon helmet, recon shoulders, and bungie (flaming) chest. I have only tested it with videos with only one person, but I think if you use a video with more than one person it is just going to give the first person flaming recon.

Yes, I do realize that someone else made pretty much the same thing, but I don't care as I am learning and I was thinking maybe that doesn't work for some people or something, so why not post this as a last resort for some people?

This is a Cool app, I'm sure people who sell recon films or do alot of them will think this is the best app out.

Good job I know there are already film editors but this is simpler then most of them.

Does it really matter if you have to download this? No offence, but there are better copies of film editors. Unless this contains the source code, than its understandable why you would want it again.
