Oops I made a big mistake and posted a version made by a trail obfuscator pleese re-download V1

It has more capibilities that any public screenshot modder to date
Capibilities:
Manual Size descriptor editing
Fixes the CON file size descriptors removing previous 4kb size difference limit
Full extraction from both formats
Full injection into old format(sorry no new format yet, more reasearch yet to do)
Disclamer:
JPEGs cant be bigger that original do to some CON things i have not figured out yet but anything smaller will do
JPEGs dimentions have to match original
Imporant stuff:
Yes i know fags can post prons but guess what I dont care they can be fags if they want
fags will always be fags
I hope the responsible members of this community wont do this
I am not responsible for any nubs getting banned when they post on bnet or their fileshare

How to use:
get original screenshot from HD(same place as usermaps)
open with screenshot modder
click extract and save
mod it (i recommend paint.net just google it)
download Big_old_format_con
open big con
click inject
choose modded image
hit autofix
rehash / resign

Also, how do you use the BIG OLD FORMAT CON? I injected the picture and put it on my HDD but nothing happened. Do I resign with my ID's or just 00000000000?

it works 100% just rehash and resign in a hash block calculator

gamertag doesnt work but its easy

Hey niko you need to put your ids in
and to find dimentions extract the jpeg and it should say the dimentions below the filename
btw thats always 1536x1152


And yes I forgot gamertag write... Next version

Alright I think it's because it wasn't the same dimentions. Trying it again but is there a program that can size a picture without making it a much bigger file? (One of my pics went from 287kb to 1.41MB...)

use paint.net it saves as a size manually and you can edit a lot more then paint

in paint.net hit save as and bump down the quality untill it is smaller than the original file

i have made my own aio toolkit, but id really like to learn vb coding to make my own screenshot injector, any help would be greatly appreciated

you could always do it in c# to...

just downlaod visual basic express, read the learn visual basic section, then look on this sites vb forums for aditional topics

Explain please? Also, with version 2, it still didn't work.

This is what I get:

It changes the picture but this shows up. I just continue. When I open it, it's the picture I put in but it does not show up in Halo 3.

oh that means i haz a bug and i have an open filestream niko

or your version of the con is corupted

or vista sux


there i checked all my buttons in sucsession and i have no open filestreams

therefore either your con is corrupted of vista is f***ing with you

EDIT: make sure you have no other programs working on the file
