Screenshot Modding Help

I really would like some help modding my screenshots. So I want to change the description of one of my screenshots, so here is what i do. I take the screenshot, unplug my hdd and plug it into my computer, find the screenshot, and put it on my desktop. Open HEXEDIT and change my description to something like "Im watching you <controller0_gamertag/>" (without quotations) save it. Then it creates two files (a .baK file) and overwrites the original screenshot to the modded description, drag the screenshot into Modio, and click rehash & resign (I am still confused on how to do that) so then I overwrite the screenshot with the one in my xbox hdd, load up halo, and says the screenshot is damaged. Please help, I have read 1 of the screenshot tuts and it helped me edit the description in hexedit, but I have no idea how to "rehash or resign" and all i do is open the file up in modio and click "rehash and resign" thinking that it will do something, but idk I really need some help.

Can't you change the description manualy on xbox pressing X (Edit) and then edit the description? I'm newbie here but I thinks it's possible.

I am modding the screenshot with HTML codes in the description, you can't do that on Halo 3.

I believe that it sounds like modio isnt supporting one of the formats for that image.

Container Edits V3.8 Supports both so give that a go. (Find it in the H3 Mod Apps Section)

When ever i mod screenshots it dosent let me mod newer ones, ones after the NXE dont work, for me atleas. If i use an older one they work. Try that. If u want you can get the screenshot u want to have the description off bungie.net find an old one off a friends file share, mod the screen shot and inject the one you want and put the descripton u want. or just use container edits v3.8. Since it does support the newest format.
