It is, if you look at his service record and the games he played, each of his matches lasted 1-2 minutes. He used the tactic were he had friends on the other team quit as soon as the match started so he would get the xp. He has over 35 pages of it.

You could do this easily at your house, two consoles, two TVs and 8 XBL accounts or two accounts and three guests. Have 4 friends use the other ones and get them to move around and such so it looks like they're playing and let the headshots fly.
