nope the stanger is lying
if you look at the halo 3 leader boards, theres people with over 22000 exp, and they still play
if theyre not even banning standbyers, actual cheating, what chance do they have for banning exp boosting?
saying youll get banned for exp boosting is saying youll get banned for super bouncing in halo 2, its not going to happen, you are using in game resources

Hey actually you can just put a Itunes card in between the two joysticks holding them opposite ways.Works for me...
