Need Help Bridging 360 to Computer

Hello,

Well, I have a problem. Whenever I go to commview, set the port settings to both 3074, and start to capture, I get nothing. And Ive been told, that because my comp Im using isn't directly to the internet, I can't hook up LIVE to my computer(?).

Note: I have my an ethernet cord going from my xbox to router

HOWEVER, I have two comps in the same room (one is mine, one is my mom's), that IS directly hooked to the internet.

The problem is my screen is my Computer moniter and I switch back in forth for Comp and LIVE. And the other comp is around 3 feet away from my Xbox.

I need someone to help tell me what I should do.
