Bridging problem

My friend creates a party. I join it. Put his IP in Zone Alarm as trusted and Bungies IP (65.59.234.161) For some reason, everytime I set my Zone Alarm to High, I can't find a match and I get booted out of the party. The matches I find go away instantly and it says restarting search. What am I doing wrong? Can I set it to Medium and still bridge him host?

Re: Bridging problem

Bungie's does not have one IP they have a range that is constantly changing. It was their attempt at fixing the bridging problem. Read the guide at the top of this page about Halo 3 bridging....

wrong kids, please do your research
bungie only has one IP, all XBL IP's are DEFINATE, for years they havent changed. bungie's ONLY IP is 65.59.234.97, as i think, its one of the .90's, its their bungie server, otherwise the .161 is the main xbox live server that you connect to with every game

also, you dont just add the .161 IP (that isnt a "bungie IP"), you add ranges of
65.55.42.0 - 65.55.42.255
and
65.59.234.0 - 65.59.234.255
and your friends IP and it should work
