Is anyone else experiencing frequent crashing of Cain?

It's pretty frustrating considering it lags me out of games and makes me restart my Xbox just to have it all happen again. Is it possible to bridge without this unreliable program? I've heard of a counting method, but I'm not sure how to do it or how reliable it is.

please, the search button doesnt me "stareatmeaimlessly" please use it
as i was developing how to force gost, i came to the conclusion that cain is a piece of crap and will crash constantly
there are currently two alternatives, switchsniffer and bridging through compy, dont ask how to use them, instead go to the search bar for once
my counting method is basically the exact same thing because thats the amount of time the ping check goes through, cain just displays that stuff for you, wait four seconds put to med, in 3 secs turn firewall to high

because it get full of ips when u r searching a match thats y you have to delete all ips that are half or full routing so the wont full up and freeze
