the background was just resently changed to White. Befor it was a Dark Grey.

Its yellow because the old skin was Dark. Ill PM him and let him know he might want to change the color to something more viewable.

the more XP you have the slower you rank up, and the higher you k/d, slower, the more skilled your record, the harder, it takes my friend 9 game winning streaks to go up one at level 27 in doubles, when hes a 35 at his highest skill in slayer - and if you want a 50, i can help you once i get back to playin halo, ive been busy lately, no charge cause you can get it on your own, you just need a good team

those do help you rank up, but depending on your XP you can do sht squat and if you keep winning, you rank up, i carry people to 50s in SWAT for 2 one months, i always get in the 40s by the time their at 37 ish, so then i use the other 1 month, its complex, but i mostly got down how to rank up

This estimated calculation is probably very close. Bungie's whole secrecy thing is annoying, but it helps keep away exploitation and corruption of their community.

I dont think so cause then the Game would think you played 1000 games and never won. Therefore the game would think you are REALLY bad and you should not level up. untill your Wins went up Significantly.

so basically you need someone to be a level greater than you or equal too you?
i'm a 49 and keep getting matched up with boosters and won't level up even when i win...

you need someone that Around the same level, otherwise the game knows your better than the person and it wont give you credit. at least thats how I see it to be.
