No. There is absolutely, positivly, no way to get the Beta on a retail 360.

If you still have it on your Xbox from when the beta was around you can still load it up, but you can't do anything on it. I believe you can only stay in the main menu or it gives you a message saying the beta has ended or something. If you don't have the beta on your Xbox anymore then you won't ever get it back.

he is 99% right with what he said above accept that you will get it back when??? right now

thank me later but it is kinda useless when you start it up it disconnects you from xbox live you can only sign back in when you put in another game or return to dashboard and yes when you click matchmaking it says that expired message

It doesn't matter though. All you can do is go to the main menu. I don't think anyone really wants to waste space on their Xbox for something that they can't do anything with.
