Bungie stated before they aren't making any other armor perms or whatever

and again, who the hell cares if they got recon for doing something special? 1 its a video game 2 its just a lil dumb add on, if they will cry over everyone getting it, they can just shoot themselves cause that's pathetic and they dont deserve to live if losing the value of recon means losing your life
