Bungie Resetting Ranking System?

This is a discussion about Bungie Resetting Ranking System? within the Halo 3 Discussion section, where you will Discuss anything about Halo 3.; A friend of mine told me that Bungie is going to reset the entire ranking system (as in everyone's exp and lvl drops to 0/1) to fix a bug or whatever. Am i right in

Bungie Resetting Ranking System?
A friend of mine told me that Bungie is going to reset the entire ranking system (as in everyone's exp and lvl drops to 0/1) to fix a bug or whatever. Am i right in thinking it's bull?

well your friend misunderstood the new update, all it does is add xp counters to each playlist, allowing you to level up in each playlist. Your current service record and level in each playlist won't change.
